1.0 What personal data we collect and why?

Any images and completed designs you upload to the website are used to create your product. These images ,designs and websites will be occasionally be used for social media posts or our monthly blog posts – if you would like us to abstain from using them please notify us by email.
2.0 Contact Forms, Account Information and Delivery/Order Information
Information you supply during the account registration process, or during a product order process, is used to complete the production and delivery of their order. Contact form information is used to get in touch with the user to resolve their enquiry. All information you supply will remain confidential. The information contained therein will not be disclosed to any third parties, unless a crime has been committed and we are compelled by law enforcement authorities (in possession of a warrant) to share that information with them.
3.0 Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information. This information is stored indefinitely unless the user requests its deletion.

Your personal information is stored securely with SendInBlue email services. Based on their assurances, we trust that all website data is securely stored, protected and backed up on their servers.
Boujee Design Pty Ltd has implemented security measures designed to protect the Personal Information you share with us, including physical, electronic and procedural measures. Among other things, we offer HTTPS secure access to most areas on our Services; the transmission of sensitive payment information (such as a credit card number) through our designated purchase forms is protected by an industry standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection; and we regularly maintain a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification. We also regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and regularly seek new ways and Third Party Services for further enhancing the security of our Services and protection of our Visitors’ and Users’ privacy.
Credit / Debit Card Payments
Bank account details submitted as part of credit card payments are encrypted via our payment gateway PayFast.
All PayFast payment services are encrypted via an SSL certificate. PayFast is also used by TakeAlot. To protect you, PayFast is forcing 3D-secure transactions for each transaction, whether by credit card or instant EFT. With 3D-secure, the customer must validate the transaction using the OTP sent by the bank to their cell phone number.

9.1 Promotional messages

It is important that you are always able to receive such messages. For this reason, you are not be able to opt-out of receiving such Service and Billing Messages unless you are no longer a Wix User (which can be done by deactivating your account).
